"One night in Paris"
3D mapping show and decoration concept
00 WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO
We are going to use 3D mapping technology on the walls of the room to give our guests the illusion, that the hotel is in Paris and has a view on marvelous Paris landmarks.
01 HOW IT LOOKS LIKE IN DYNAMIC
02 HOW IT WILL BE FOR GUESTS
All the following descriptions should let you visualize in your mind, how it will be for the guests, what they will see and feel.

01 OPENING SHOW

We suppose not to do anything at the beginning of the event when guests will take sits etc. At first, they will see the ordinary room. The magic will start later.
And then, when its time to start the main part of the event, suddenly they will see, how the walls of the room moving and transforming and suddenly disappearing at all. The guests see that the walls turned to be huge windows, and through these windows, they see the stunningly beautiful outskirts of Paris.
This opening show will impress the guests and let them dive in the atmosphere of France.
02 BACKGROUND DECORATIONS
Then during all the event not only the views changing -- they will see the Tour Eiffel, the Notre Dame, Montmartre and gardens of Versailles -- but also the architecture of the ballroom itself changes: in one moment we are in the gothic room, in the other moment we find ourselves in the art nouveau decorations.

03 SPECIAL CONTENT FOR THE ARTISTS' PERFORMANCE
We also can prepare special effects for artist performance. Through 3D mapping, we can create different illusions of interaction of the artist and architecture.

03 WHICH SURFACES TO USE

01 ONE WALL

We can transform only one wall of the room. That can be very nice, although the disadvantage of this wall is the lack of architectural plastics. The greatest effect in 3D mapping can be achieved when the projection interacts with some plastics -- columns, niches, windows, and doors.

BUDGET 1
02 ONE WALL AND A LITTLE
To give it some volume and scale, we can cover with 3D mapping not only one wall but also 1 section of the sidewall on each side how it is on the picture.
The advantage of this option is that we use also some parts of the walls with architectural plastic, so guests will be able to appreciate the illusion of transformation.
No need to worry about the window. If the color of curtains is light we can just close them and use them as asurface for 3D mapping, we've already done this.
BUDGET 2

03 TWO WALLS

The wall on the left is the best choice for 3D mapping in the sense of architecture, it has some interesting forms to work with, that's why it will be an interesting solution to use it as an additional surface to the main wall, it will increase the effect dramatically.

BUDGET 3
04 THREE WALLS
The most immersive effect of course will be achieved by 3D mapping on all 3 walls. In this case we certainely needto close curtains.
BUDGET 4
04 ADVANTAGES OF 3D MAPPING
